- Received Prize for best oral paper: at 1st National Conference on Haemovigilance from 9th to 10th Dec, 2021. “Experience of donor adverse reaction at Regional Blood Transfusion Centre” Abhay Jhaveri.

- Ms. Avani Shah: awarded with Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) from Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, India with the Project titled “Blood group antigen genotyping of blood donors and patients: Comparison of predicted genotype by gold standard hemagglutination assay”. In supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Kanjaksha Ghosh. March, 2018
- Mr. Neeraj Kumar: from Department of Zoology, Patna Science College, Patna has been working with us as Summer Research Fellows (SRFs) on summer subject of two months offered by Indian Academy of Sciences in the Research Department (IASRD) from 7th May to 7th July 2018. He was assigned to the project titled “Effect of Concanavalin A (ConA) on Lymphocytes of Thalassemia Patients.”
- Mayuri Meshram: on DST fellowship for two months. Blood banking and also a small project titled "Effect of pH on cell culture" from 7th May to 7th July 2018.
- Ms. Avani Shah and Ms. Priyanka Shah: Junior Research officers, Funded by Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), 2012 to 2014. Project intitled “Studies on the Investigation of Effect of Gamma Irradiation on Blood Group Antigens and Cytokines Released by Platelets during Storage and its Application to Immuno-compromised Patients”.
Ph.D. Thesis Awarded
- Ms. Avani Shah has submitted her Ph.D. thesis entitled “Blood group antigen genotyping of blood donors and patients: Comparison of predicted genotype by gold standard hemagglutination assay" on 15th March 2019 to the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. Recently in August, 2019, Dr. Avani earned her doctorate degree.
- Dr. Rinku Shukla Ph.D in BioScience, 2013, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
- Dipal S. Bhukhanvala has submitted her Ph.D. thesis entitled “Molecular characterization of hemoglobinopathies and prenatal diagnosis of Thalassemia and Sickle cell disease at regional centres”, in 2012 to the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. Dr. Bhukhanvala earned her doctorate degree.
